A native of Mexico, Minerva has been with Race Swami for six years — first as a Swami Parent to two swimmers (one of whom still competes on the team), and later, hired to help manage Race Swami’s ever growing day-to-day tasks to keep the program moving forward. Minerva has become “the face of Swami” as she generally is the first person that new families will meet. Minerva is fluent in both Spanish and English, and serves as Race Swami’s recorder at all the Board meetings.
